Thank you for ordering at RMTPower. RMTPower provides electronic vehicle charging stations for residential and business users, including AC charging stations, DC charging stations, and charging station accessories. This warranty policy statement applies to the AC and DC EV charging stations provided by RMTPower.

This warranty policy statement is governed by applicable laws that apply to you and the device. Please refer to the laws in your jurisdiction to fully understand your rights.

Who Is Covered by RMTPower’s Warranty Policy?

This warranty policy statement applies to the users of the devices—those who have purchased devices from RMTPower.

1.Scope of Warranty Policy

RMTPower warrants that the device will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and maintenance for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

2.Warranty Benefits

If within the applicable warranty period, the product has any quality issues and RMTPower determines that the cause of the quality issue is not due to abuse, misuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation, repair, improper testing, accident, natural disaster, or violation of any instructions issued by RMTPower, RMTPower shall make every effort to assist in identifying the cause and repairing the product, including but not limited to replacing parts, providing technical support, product repair, etc., until the issue is resolved.

4.Exclusive Warranty

For any breach of any warranty or other non-conformance of the equipment covered by this warranty policy statement, the aforementioned warranty constitutes RMTPower’s sole liability and the user’s sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties. No employee of RMTPower or any other party is authorized to make any warranties other than those stated in this warranty policy statement.

5.Disclaimer

Except for the warranties stated above, RMTPower makes no other express, implied, or statutory warranties, and RMTPower hereby disclaims all express or implied warranties, representations, or conditions, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you, and you may have other legal rights that vary by jurisdiction.

6.Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall RMTPower be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even if RMTPower has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Except as covered by this warranty policy statement, RMTPower is not responsible for any costs related to the replacement or repair of the product, including but not limited to labor, installation, or other costs incurred by the user, particularly any costs related to the removal or replacement of any product. In any event, RMTPower’s total liability for any and all claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with this warranty statement or the equipment, whether under contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the user for the equipment. The above limitations and exclusions of damages shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In some jurisdictions, certain exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
