Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Special custom orders are subject to actual conditions.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:

We ship to worldwide via air express and sea. Air express such DHL, FedEx, UPS will take 3-5 working days to North American, Europe and Asian, 5-7 working days to other countries. For some bulk order, we ship via sea, usually will take 15-35 working days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) or B/L documents.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

RMTPower is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

RMTPower is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We can ship to most countries in the world, it is worldwide supply.

Exceptions:

Certain products or orders may have special shipping conditions or restrictions, we will communicate with in advance.
