Should I buy DC charger for home charging?

DC charger is more suitable for commercial use, AC Charger is generally suitable for home charging, for daily commuting and overnight charging, an AC charger may be sufficient.

What is the charging speed for 7kW, 11kW and 21kW?

Taking an EV with a battery capacity of 60 kWh as an example, the charging time is approximately:

7kW : meaning it takes around 60/7 =8.5 hours to fully charge.

11kW: meaning it takes around 60/11=5.5 hours to fully charge.

21kW: meaning it takes around 60/21=2.8 hours to fully charge.

How to pay?

We accept TT in advance, various payment methods including Bank transfers, Credit cards, PayPal, etc.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

We typically process orders within 1-2 working days after receiving them.

Shipping and Delivery?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your geographical location. Generally, it takes 3-7 working days for air express and 15-35 working days for sea.

How to tracking my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number or B/L documents.

How fast is 120KW DC fast charger?

Normally, a 120kw DC fast charger can charge a maximum of 120 kilowatt hours of electricity in one hour. So a car with a battery capacity 60kWh can be fully charged in half an hour.

60KW and 120KW DC fast charger, which one is better?

The choice between them depends on the specific needs and usage scenarios of the users. For small parking lot or individual users with lower charging demands or limited budgets, the 60KW DC Fast Charger is a better choice. But large charging stations or commercial users are more suitable for using the 120KW DC Fast Charger because the charging speed is fast and the EVs can be charged in a shorter time.

Difference between Level 2 charger and Level 3 charger?

Level 2 charger is AC charger and Level 3 charger is DC fast charger. Level 3 DC fast charger delivers rapid charging for electric vehicles (EVs), offering significantly faster charging compared to Level 2 AC charger. The speed of Level 3 DC charger can vary, typically ranging from 50KW to well over 400KW, depending on the charger’s specifications and EV compatibility.
